  • All necessary bar equipment.
  • Disposable ‘Glasses’.
  • Ice, crushed and cubed
  • Background music
  • Up to 50 miles of travel.
  • Cocktail menu sign written by the bar.
  • Arrival approximately two hours before the event for set-up.
  • Disposal of all our rubbish.
  • Licencing arrangements if required.
    (Travel outside of a 25 mile radius is an additional 75p per mile)

We provide two staff members with a hire, depending on how many guests are attending we then require additional staff.
Staff £10 per hour

  • 1-80 guests 1 staff
  • 80-120 guests 2 staff
  • 120-200 + guests 3 staff

Hire options

Cash Bar – guests pay for their drinks and we supply all the alcohol based on a menu of your choice.

Pre Paid Bar – you pre pay for a selection of drinks ready to serve on the day, we supply all the alcohol, and everything needed for the cocktails. We can either invoice after the event or offer drinks until an agreed amount is reached.
Extras
We realize that every event is different and you may want more than just the bar. We can supply Capri marquees, tables and chairs, lighting, patchwork sofa to make your event a little bit more special.

Glassware
If you would prefer glassware instead of our disposable cup-ware we are happy to organize this or work with your existing caterers.

Send us a list of drinks you would like and we can cost them for you, alternatively we are happy to make suggestions.

Providing a quote for your event is dependent on several things that include the distance from our base in Bristol to your event, length of the event and number of guests. Please contact us and we will be happy to quote.
If you would prefer glassware instead of our disposable cup-ware we are happy to organize this with our local catering supplier or existing caterers at your event.
